Class description ... This vinyasa class blends stretching, strength-building and relaxation through mindful movement of the body to ensure you leave feeling refreshed! Flow through sequences that synchronise the breath with movement to create a sense of calmness that nurtures both the body and the mind. Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or new to yoga, this class welcomes everyone, allowing you to explore and deepen your practice while encouraging a sense of calm and balance within.
